New Sim iPhone 13 Pro

Hello to all. I got iPhone 13 Pro with sim today, but the sim doesn't work. I was GiffGaff and I took the number to EE when I bought iPhone 13 Pro, but it doesn't work. iPhone reads the SIM, detects the number, but there is no line. There is no word EE etc. I tried to turn off and on the device many times, I checked the sim and is inserted well. What is happening? I waited a month to receive phone and sim, and I have problem with the sim. Ok the iphone delay is not your fault, but the sim is yours.

@glpkm   The sim can take 24 hours to activate.   They are not sent activated.  Leave it in the device and try turning the device off/on a few times. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

After 24h still nothing 🧐

After more than 24 hours the sim not working. 
I received the iphone 13 pro yesterday with the sim. I was in Giffgaff. But the sim doesn't work. Have passed more than 24 hours. The sim is entered correctly and the iphone reads it, but there is no service, nothing. It is absurd to have such double problems that I waited a month to get my new iphone.

Oh yes, I turn the phone on and off often!
