New Phone Confirmation

Hello,

 

On 2nd September, I place an order for a new contracted device (iPhone 12 Pro Max) and the £30 upfront cost came out and is sat in my pending, but I haven’t received any confirmation emails or texts saying its gone through. I just know the £30 has come out the account and is pending.

 

Any way to know that it has gone through and when will I get a confirmation email?
