Hi,
just change my ee pack from a plan to pay as you go. Can’t make any calls, send messages or use data. I have credit and the account says I need to send a text, call or use data to activate the pack, but can’t do any of these things.
need help urgently.

What phone are you using?
Did you move from pay monthly to pay as you go?

I'm currently abroad, in Portugal, and I'm using an IPhone 7. I confirm I moved from pay monthly to pay as you go.

PAYG SIMs, before they will work, need to be activated on EE's UK network first.
If you've not done this, then I'm afraid the solution is to do so. The SIM won't work until it is registered in the UK first.
