I want to cancel my contract and I want to know how please? I send the text 150 STOP PACK it doesn’t work! I am in Spain and no longer live in the UK

STOP PACK is a command for PAYG. If you are on PAYG you don't need to cancel anything. Just stop using it and bin the SIM.

If it really is a contract, You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
