Name change

I recently just changed my phone contract from my mums name into my name and on the phone the woman said I had to pay my phone bill when it was due at the start of the month which I did but she said it would be credited back into my mums account for me to then pay it again when it is due today , the money has not been credited back to my mum and I have had the bill taken out of my account again

I would suggest you ring customer service and speak to billing, as there is no account access here. That is the only way you will be able to get this sorted, and they can take a look at this for you and advise you.
