NOT ELIGIBLE for the NHS unlimited data

Hello, hope you are all staying safe. Thank you for the generous off giving NHS staff unlimited data for so long.

 

I’m very upset that I’m not considered eligible for the unlimited data. I have an NHS email and i have registered, followed the instructions and was given a pin to follow and then asked to verify my account. It was then that’s I was then told, I’m not eligible to receive this.
I can only afford to use pay as you go. My colleagues have all have been accepted for this and are using this offer. I’m gutted that’s this isn’t the case for me.
I appreciate that is this an amazing thing for you to offer and to show your support for the NHS during this time, however I feel it is unfair to only offer this for only a handful of your NHS customers and not for ALL your NHS customers. I’m disappointed by the unfairness within this offer for it to only be given to a select few.

@Tiff-A   It’s offered to all NHS contract customers.  Unfortunately being a PAYG customer does mean you don’t qualify,  

 

 NHS contract customers do receive a discount on a contract ( 20% I believe) just to point that out to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I was under the impression that this discount is only available for new customers, I have been with EE before I worked with the NHS so I’m unable to get this  

Would you be able to answer as to why pay as you go are not allowed the unlimited data?

@Tiff-A , you are unable to get this, as you are a pay as you go customer, and as has already been written by @Chris_B , is only available to contract customers, and we here are customers like you replying will not be able to answer why, but my answer would be that you are not on contract, and there lies the difference.

 

Where did you read that it was only available to new customers?

The EE Perk discount can be added when you take out a contract or upgrade. It doesn't matter if you've been a customer before, or not. 🙂

 

 

All EE pay monthly customers who are NHS staff with a valid NHS email address can take advantage of the unlimited data offer.

 

This unfortunately doesn’t include mobile broadband or pay as you go customers. To see the eligibility criteria visit the NHS unlimited data offer terms and conditions.
