I've been trying to contact since my upgrade but been unable to get through to anyone.
However, when I recently upgraded my phone there was nowhere to put my EE Perk 20% discount code, therefore I was unable to do/use this - after reading this has happened to various other people and ive seen because i already have the phone purchased i am unable to use my code - but I was unable to use it previously as there was no code input!?!?
So how are you supposed to get your discount? I'm not happy about this - I wouldn't of upgraded with EE if i wasnt able to use my code. How can I get this applied to my account?

Welcome to the community.
There's a section when you're checking out that says 'Got a gift voucher?' under the 'benefits' section, that's where you enter the Perk code.
Since you weren't able to add it, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. They'll do their best to get your Perk discount added.
