My watch plan

My current watch plan is out of contract and I want to cancel. The staff at the ee store said I cannot cancel because I will still need it. Surely its out of contract and I no longer need it I can cancel it. So how can I go about cancelling it?

If you no longer want the mobile functionality of you watch to function, then advice on cancelling any EE contract plan is on this EE help page - you can give the requisite 30days notice by calling EE C/S on 150 from any EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

 

I'm not sure what you mean by "the staff at the EE store say I will still need it"?
