I have forgotten the 6 digit passcode to my new iphone 7 and as a consequence it has been disabled. The Apple advice is to connect to itunes and update the device which will delete all data. However, I am having trouble downloading itunes to my laptop.
@sarad Unfortunately there is no master passcode as this would make the password you choose irrelevant. You only option is to restore the device with iTurns. Quick question did you setup your finger print (TOUCH ID ) on the device to unlock it ?
