My iphone 12 pro max order

I've placed an order a few days ago on a iPhone 12 pro max, Pacific blue. I've already paid £50 upfront for a monthly payment of £77 plus a sim which includes 100GB. 

 

Before yesterday, EE told me to call them so I can confirm a few details. Which I did and everything went smoothly.

 

  1. So I asked them when my order will arrive. And they told me it will arrive on monday and I will receive a text on sunday (today) from DPD. 

 

Now I haven't recieved any text today and to tell you the truth, I'm a little worried I won't recieve my order tomorrow.

 

I know this might be difficult times for all of us but I was really hoping to receive my order tomorrow. Any chance I might get some help from EE about this?

@Jeffgunstone  What size did you order ?  As the 512GB is out of stock the 256GB is low on stock and the 128GB say expect dispatch in 14 days. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I ordered the 128GB and they told me they were in stock. I just want to have the phone before Christmas to be honest.

The 256 isn't in stock as I ordered over a week ago and was told I'd get a text from dpd within 48 hours and had nothing from them

 

It just says awaiting confirmation

I placed an order on Friday for the 12 Pro Max in Graphite 256GB and paid £9.96 for next day, Saturday delivery. A few hours later I received a voicemail to say that that it wouldn’t be delivered on Saturday as DPD were overwhelmed with deliveries, the delivery charge would be refunded and that delivery will happen tomorrow (Monday) instead with a text today when it’s dispatched with tracking info.

 

Haven’t received any texts or emails today so spoke with online chat. They assured it would be delivered tomorrow and to expect a text in the morning with tracking details.

 

Hopefully it arrives, I’ve kept tomorrow free so as not to miss delivery! Fingers crossed for you too.

Just spoken to EE on the phone as I didn’t receive a text or tracking information in the DPD app as the chat advisor I spoke to yesterday advised would happen this morning.

 

Slightly disappointed as was told on Friday and again yesterday to expect delivery today instead of Saturday due to DPD being overwhelmed.

 

The EE upgrade team said the iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB is still showing as in stock but at very low levels, to wait until DPD clear their backlog and that my order would then be dispatched then if any stock levels remain having cleared the backlog.

 

I asked if there was a rough timeframe but they are unable to give one, just to expect a text from DPD when the order has dispatched with tracking info.

 

Will give it until Wednesday/Thursday and if there’s been no update by then may cancel the upgrade as I’m travelling to bubble up with family next week for the Christmas period.

iv been waiting since Thursday with promised delivery next day so cancelled the order and went into store and guess what they had stock so now I have a new iPhone 12 pro max 256gb in graphite they also had the blue in stock but it was in Leeds 

Sounds good, thanks for that!

 

I’ll call my nearest EE store tomorrow to check if they’ve got stock and get it from there if so.
