My Data usage hasn’t rest

Hello just need to know if anyone else has had this problem with data not being rest I know EE had maintenance around the time mine was supposed to be reset so that could be a result of the unrest data from the 23rd January 2021, As on my data now it’s saying I’ve only got 13GB left, even though through out a month I only use about 30gb out of a 100gb. I have contacted EE to hopefully resolve it. I was curious to know if it had happened to anyone else
