EE Network Status Checker is not Applicable to Broadband

Would EE kindly deign to mention somewhere within it that their Network Status Checker is only applicable to the mobile network? Many BB users are falling into the trap that it is telling them that there is/was a problem in their area, whereas most BB issues are specific to their own line.

Instead you should be consulting BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Hi @XRaySpeX

Thanks for letting us know and for the helpful advice for anyone with Broadband issues in their area.

The Coverage Checker does ask for postcode and mobile device.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
