Hi,
I have three mobile numbers with EE all under the same account and have requested a PAC code for a number (contract) that's just expired, I only want to move that one number and although I selected that particular number, termination messages have come to all three numbers.
I just want clarification, if I use the PAC code along with the expired contracts number, I will only be moving one number and the other two will continue to run on EE and it won't result in all three contracts being terminated?
Thanks for any info 🙂

Hi @jez_1_2000
PACs are specific to individual mobile numbers, so if you only use one PAC then it's only the mobile number to which that PAC relates, that will be ported.

Thanks, I was just concerned I'd lose the numbers I wanted to keep and end up with a big early termination bill as they're mid-term.
I read on the following page that when you cancel additional services and subscriptions would be ended too so I needed to make sure.

Hi there @jez_1_2000
Thanks for coming to the community.
This means services such as BT Sport, Apple Music, data boost or discounts, that you have on the number you would like to transfer to the other network 🙂
Thanks.
Leanne.
