More than 6 boosts

My EE app says you can only have a maximum of 6 boosts.
I have had the same £10 everything pack since 2015 and so far have accumulated 21 data boosts over the years.
Does this mean that only 6 of my 21 data boosts can be used?
Have EE made a mistake and given me too many data boosts? (One data boost every three £10 everything packs I buy)

@helpmepls1 How much data does your account say you have ? You should have around 10Gb.

Yes I normally get around 10gb and still do.
I was just wondering why the app says I can only have a maximum of 6 boosts yet I have like 20 data boosts from over the years haha.
I just want to make sure that EE has not made a mistake that I should not be benefiting from

Thanks for coming to the community.
That is correct, after you’ve bought three 30-day pay as you go packs or 12 seven-day packs, you can choose a Free Boost to increase your pack allowances.

If you text BOOST to 150, what reply do you get?

Is there a limit to the amount of free boosts that you can have? I have attatched a screenshot and it says on the EE app under the boosts section that you can only have a maximum of 6 free boosts.
I have 22 free data boosts all active that I have accumulated over the years. Has EE made a mistake and given me too much data?

From the "Each time" I read that as when you buy 2 30-day packs at once (1 to be pending) you'll earn a 500MB Free Data Boost but you can only do this 6 times. This does not affect the normal free boosts that you qualify for every 3 months & which can be of any type, data, mins or texts.

Okay thanks. EE has not been very clear about what that means.
Is there an EE representative who can clarify what "6 boosts max" actually means because I have more than 20 boosts!

If you have more than 20, then it obviously doesn't apply to those.
