Mobile phone sales

Just read threads where someone has written and posted messages about mobile phones for sale, not sure whether that should be allowed here. It looks like someone is selling them from the US as pricing are $ and the person writes unlocked and IPad Air.

His username is dualdemons09.
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You know better than anyone the stores are just sales outlets and have no interest other than to sell you a phone/contract. Targeting older customers is probably in their training as they are easy targets.

I would be interest to know if those staff are commission based jobs or salary.

I know @Northerner it a simple sin replacement shouldn't have been put forward to change of contract.

They must be on some sort of commission for selling context or else why would they bother doing what they did.
Thank you @AsimT

Everything is sorted. 🙂

No problem, @brendonx. Glad it's sorted.

Hi @brendonx,

Glad @AsimT has sorted this.

You would be a great loss if you left the community,

All your hard work on here is greatly appreciated,

That goes for all of you couldn't do this without you lot.

🙂

My mom received a bill last week for £10 odd.

She should only be paying £6 and her online account says she has paid up to date as she now pays by direct debit.

This bill is asking her to pay up in full I am guessing it is her old contract which she paid her final bill already and even received a refund after paying her last bill of £7 odd.

I had a number for Lindsey (I believe) which I have lost now but she told me to ring her any time I had anymore issues with my moms contract.

@ElenaG could you look into this I don't know if your still in contact with Asim but I believe he got involved with Lindsey and I was able to talk about my moms contract as she lives over 100 miles away.

I have told her not to pay the bill (for now) but obviously worried about credit score.

Hmm, ok Brendon I'll add it to my list to look into. I'll also quickly pop Asim a quick email to see if he's still got Lindsay's number. He's away with family right now, so am not sure when I'll hear back from him.

If Lindsay was happy for you to call her then that will be the quickest way forward so fingers crossed Asim will be able to reply in the next day or two.

Ok thanks.

It's to do with her old contract before they upgraded her.

I got her to send me a picture of the bill and it's from Orange.

Her new contract is with EE.

I actually did just hear back from Asim but he doesn't recall who he spoke to or have any information so I will put this onto my list to action as soon as I'm able.

Did you look around your PMs for Lindsay's details?

Just to clarify, I am not on the CS team - I have no access to CS and no ability to access customer details. I've sent a message to a contact that I've got, who is probably not the right contact at all, and I'm starting from scratch here so it will take some time.

No lindsey contacted me first via phone. I thought I saved her number in mt contacts but she's not there.
