Could someone advise how I go about starting a claim? I have full cover however when I click start new claim it keeps saying server error and its shown this for a few months..

@Demimoore16  Have you tried calling customer services??    You can call this number 07953966250

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, 

 

Smashed screen, and yes, every time I've tried to start the claim the server error shows and I've used phone, tablet and laptop to try
