Mistaken order packages

Dear Sir,

 

I made mistake for top-up two times on my package, Would you like to tell me how could I cancel one top-up?

@YvonneAyre  you can’t as it’s already been added to your EE account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
