Missing parcel

I’ve had confirmation from EE that my order has been dispatched and an email from DPD saying my order would be delivered yesterday. However when I go onto the DPD website they say they haven’t received my parcel!

Did you get a chance to speak to our Mobile Care team about your order?

Yeah, they said they would log a complaint with DPD. Doesn’t really help me.

That's good that the complaint has been raised, @Ashley42224. Keep us updated here on what happens.

 

Did our team say whether the parcel is still on it's way and when it should be delivered.

No one knows where the parcel is, yet I’m still paying for it as it was added to my account on the 15th October! Again, EE say that it’s been dispatched and given to DPD and DPD are saying that it hasn’t!
