Missing SIM replacement

I ordered a replacement SIM on 12th June and received a confirmation email. This still hasn’t arrived though - can someone from EE please help or let me know how I can find some help?

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to check your replacement sim for you.
