Migrating to new iPhone & Apple Watch 4G

Hi, I currently have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with my EE number on the eSIM with an Apple Watch 4G connected to it with an EE plan on the watch too.

 

I want to move to a new 12 Pro Max and new Apple Watch 4G. How do I go about doing this without screwing up my EE pans on the iPhone and the watch?

@Mailbox21  You need to unpair the watch and choose to keep the data plan.    As for the iPhone you’ll need a replacement SIM card as you can not yet put your number on the new device via quick transfer ( YET )
