I have made a SIM card order and has been confirmed delivery on 16 Dec 2021 by 2nd class mail. However it still hasn’t been delivered to my place (26Dec). Is there anything wrong and how I should do?

Have you checked your local delivery office for sickness. There are loads of postman off with covid and they have reduced deliveries.
