If I’ve lost my phone, I have full cover. What happens if I find my lost phone? Do I have to give the new one back? What happens?

The usual rule with insurance is that once there's been a payout, the lost or stolen item belongs to the insurance provider.
It would certainly be blacklisted anyway so wouldn't be of use to anyone else.
