Ok trying to log into my ee app , was working before now it’s not, when I tap already registered it redirects me to log in then tells me that my phone number is already registered, I just keep going round in circles, anyone have any ideas?

I would suggest you ring customer service to sort this out..

As @Schockwave has mentioned, you'll be best contacting our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account and make sure your online account is set up correctly.
