Who else hates waiting for new phone ordered mine on 16th showing online as dispatched normally in one day but still nothing. 

 

Chased ee and just said have to wait until I get notification from dpd so long not knowing

I upgraded in store 13th Sept was told it would be in store within 3 to 5 days and today still not received over 2 weeks now and I just keep getting told it's samsung fault
