I’ve just joined from ee and there’s a £60 equipment charge on my first bill. How can I get this removed? Is there any actual customer service you can speak to? I’ve joined from three and tbh already regretting it if it’s this much hassle less than a week in! Before anyone says it’s not the upfront phone cost as I paid that by debit card
