Iwatch SE

I currently have a series 4 iwatch on EE which i Pay £24 a month.  I can upgrade so Im looking at getting the 40mm SE.  Can anyone tell me if this is cellular? on the list of iwatches some state GPS+4G but the SE doesn't.  If it does mean that its not cellular, does that mean EE dont do the Cellular range for this model?

@twilks2020   If it’s from EE it’s cellular EE don’t sell the none cellular watch from Apple.
