Hi I'm having issues with EE perks. I've registered my work email and this has been recognised. When I try and log back in its saying not recognised and when I try and reset the password it says it has sent an email but I've received nothing. New to EE and really struggling as was much easier to sort out on my previous network.

Hi Leanne. Yes I've checked bith my work and personal emails and apart from one email last night asking me to verify the account (which I have done) I've been unable to log on since despite requesting a password reset.
