@gc001 January. I had asked for PAC code as wasn't getting a good deal. The retention team called back see what the could do. So got good deal and was promised phone in few days.
@eastendimages I also spoke to them on same day when I got email confirmation as order said graphite but had ordered gold. Upgrade team said they didn't know when the stick was coming but they said they reckon it's on 7 day back order.
@eastendimages I was waiting over 5 weeks, in the end I gave up and cancelled the order. Ordered the same phone from a different provider on Wednesday and had the phone in my hand by Friday morning.
Glad that it’s not only me, although I’m sorry that others are left in limbo. Im still waiting but only because I really don’t want to spend time on the phone trying to cancel the order. I will just return it.
anyway, shop doesn’t work for me either and hasn’t been for a week now.
