Apple Music 3 months not 6?

When I started my mobile account in November, I was offered Apple Music free for six months. I had a problem with my phone and had to ask EE if it would be possible to upgrade and allow me to keep connected with my mobile.
I found there help and support very helpful and appreciated their efforts to allow me to receive a phone.

My question though, is why my 6 months free Apple Music finished early?

Kind regards

@Jools_Sheffield   That’s because Apple’s offer is 3 months and you took up that offer and not EEs offer.    You need to text MUSIC to 150 and use the link in the return message to activate the offer on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I tried as you suggested and this is the message I received.

My original phone developed a fault that could not be repaired, so as it is my only phone and access online I asked EE if I could upgrade early to access a replacement phone.
They were very helpful and considerate in doing so, but my Apple Music ended before the six months it had ended due to this. When I included my mobile tariff to my broadband service, this offer was given and I just wanted to enquire and confirm this was due to my new tariff?

[Mod Edit: Please do not post personal information such as your phone number in this public forum. Thanks]

Hi @Jools_Sheffield

I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check your account to see why or if it ended early.
