I have placed an order on monday 16th and had a conformation txt to track but my order still says awaiting confirmation? I did phone and was told it would be here in a few days

I was told when I ordered my 128 gb Pacific blue pro max on the 18/11 that delivery was now 7 days has this changed again? As my tracker is still showing awaiting confirmation
