I ordered my iphone 12 on the 16th Oct via the upgrade feature. I had a confirmation email with an order number, but when I log on to my account it still says 'you can upgrade early' which I have already done. Has anyone else had this problem? The phone hasn't been delivered and when I try to use the order tracker it says 'sorry not information is available'.

@marky1984 you need to call customer services to check to see if your order actually did go through.

I was hoping to avoid calling, because of the busy lines. but, ift may be the only way. cheers for the help.
