Iphone 11 sim only

I have a iphone 11 monthly contract but I want to go sim only but all i can see is 5g sims, can a 5g sim go into a iphone 11?

Yes, a 5G Plan SIM will work in any device but with a 4G capable device like the iPhone 11 it will only receive a 4G signal.
