Invoice on upgrade

I am trying to claim the free galaxy buds from samsung

they have requested an invoice number, but i did not get an invoice from EE when i did the upgrade online,

 

how can i get this?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and help you further.
