If you stop pack. Will you get the money back?

There has recently been a change in the £10 pack where you can now get 5gb of data, 500 minutes and unlimited texts. But my new £10 credit was topped up and it gave me the old pack which Is 4gb data, 100 mins and unlimited texts. Does stopping the pack give my money back or do I have to stop for the next month then redo the £10 pay as you go again for the next month to get the new pack?

No, it only stops the current pack renewing next month. Then you will need to top-up & buy the new £10 pack by texting PACK10 to 150. PAYG credit is not refundable.
