I ordered an iPhone 12 pro from EE store on 22nd October and was told it would be here around 14 days, then I got an update stating it would be delivered around 17/11/20, still no delivery!
I try to contact the store and they said its out of stock and it will take again 3-4 weeks,
I don't know whats going on?

128gb pacific Blue which was placed as a preorder back in October and till now no update, Mentioning out of stock is a generalized excuse, waiting for 2 months what a waist of valuable time and money.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.
If you'd like to discuss your options, please give us a call on 150. We might be able to find an alternative iPhone model readily available.

Any changes made to an order must be done via our customer service team as we do not have account access here on the community.
Did you take your contract out as a new order or an upgrade?
