IPHONE 12 PRO

Hi, I have already 22 days since I'm waiting for my new phone, Iphone 12 Pro 128GB Gold. I am a new customer. How long it will take?? I called EE, one person told me that yesterday I will receive my order but after that I called again and they said they don't have any confirmation yet. Why we can order if we don't receive nothing and the pay monthly is that bigger?

Did our Customer Care team give you an indication of when this might be delivered?

 

Have you had any contact from DPD?

First time they said yesterday and after that yesterday i ring them back and they said that it will take another 8-9 days. So 1 month of waiting.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Gold on a first come, first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

If it’s any help I ordered the 12 pro 128gb gold on the 23rd October and it’s coming tomorrow.

I’m still waiting for my iPhone 12 pro 128gb graphite ordered on the 2nd November but today I received my Returns pack for my trade in? How can I be expected to return a handset before my new handset arrives? Very stressful as it states I’ll be charged £200 if not returned within 14 days but I’ve no idea when my handset is going to arrive?? Please help?

You won't need to return your current phone until you have received your upgrade, the 14 days is from the receipt of your new phone.

 

If you get any texts about the return, please let me know 😉

hi thanks for the reply, but the email clearly states it must be returned by the 1st December to avoid incurring the charge? That’s why I’m concerned as my handset is nowhere to be seen and my tracker is advising dates after the 1st!!!

I understand why you're worried, @Fragil3-p0rter.

 

As @Leanne_T said though, you won't need to return your current phone until you have received your upgrade, the 14 days is from the receipt of your new phone.
