I’ve just joined EE, I inserted my sim an hour ago and it’s still not activated,

@Darrenefc Where did you get your contract from ?

Hi David I ordered it on the EE website, and received it today. I sent a pac code to transfer my old number but trying to register it’s not recognising my old number or the number on the sim pack.

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 from 8AM a customer service advisor will be able to look into your account to see why your sim aint working.
