I upgraded one of my line's

I upgraded my child's phone as a Christmas surprise. I asked so many times for no messages to be sent to her number. Today she gets a message to say her phone has arrived! I am furious I was promised no messages would be sent to her, the phone arrived Tuesday @support

the messages your daughter received are system generated customer services are unable to prevent these messages from being sent.

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter received that message, as @Profile closed said, it sounds like it was system generated. We're sorry if that has ruined the surprise.
