I upgraded my iPhone from Apple do I need to tell you?

Monthly payment sim ~ account still shows old iPhone X instead of 12Pro.

@LAA20  it doesn’t matter where you get the device from just put your Sim in it and use it.   If you open the My EE app whilst connected to cellular data it will take around 24 hours for it to then start showing the iPhone 12 pro

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It is a week since the upgrade and my account shows iPhone X🥸
