I put a order in on my phone and my reference number gone

Hi I ordered a I phonexr 64gb and I had reference number and now it’s gone of me phone and I haven’t received my email I need to no when it’s getting delivered please can you help me

@Jadehughes   You’ll get a tracking number when the device has been shipped.  If you had a XKN/XKO number that’s just a order number.
