Hi I ordered a iPhone 12 pro on the 5th November and was told it would be delivers by 26/11/2020, all I’m getting is a text once a week that says my order is on time but I’m still no further forward as to when it will arrive

Morning James,
Thanks for the update and I appreciate your time in finding out the info and coming back to me but do t you think that the customer services team should make the customer aware at point of order instead of given a delivery date of 3 weeks ? I have been with EE/ T mobile for 9 years and would consider myself a loyal customer but feel a little disappointed with this order, My gut feeling is that the sales team are just telling customers 1 thing to get the commission for a customer renewal where I would have appreciated being told at the start we can’t give a delivery date because we can’t get stock.

I understand your frustration. The delivery estimate when you placed your order would have been based on the most up to date stock information available at that time.

Did you get your phone?
I ordered on the 8th (pro blue 128). Was told 14 days. Then 21. Today is day 21. Not a sausage.
where’s my phone! And can I have a human response rather than a copy and paste (first come first served, we’re working hard rubbish)

could be a long wait 😡
