I have tried to order esim as Help page says.

But in https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/order-sim has only the "Order Physical SIM" button. I have gone the order process and just gotten regular physical SIM that will be sent me by mail.

Are there any other ways to order eSIM?

You can either give us a call to order an eSIM, or pop into your local EE Store.
