I'm trying to order a mobile but how difficult

I'm trying to order a mobile phone after signing up for broadband and TV. But it's very difficult so I'm asking why. I can get broadband but not a mobile. I'm not asking for the most expensive just a basic phone.........

You would need to discuss this with customer service, as we have no account access on here.

 

You can call customer service on 150, from 8am tomorrow.
