I don't have my ee sim and I am abroad. How can I change my address and account?

I am in the US and I don't have my ee sim card. I can't get a text message on my phone and need to change my address and account. How can I talk to someone there?????

@lindalautrec   You’ll have to call customer services in opening hours.    But you don’t need your sim to change your address you can do this online via your EE account.    

you say you want to change your account can you be a bit more specific on that.
