I’m starting a new topic as it’s now 2021 and the bills have been reformatted.
I cannot click on anything in Safari or Chrome and I can’t view or open any broadband bill.
Can you help?

@AJP4 It doesn’t work with Firefox also. Can you try on a none Apple device?

I’m 100% Apple, so I can’t.
That’s disappointing - I will have to ask EE for paper bills until they sort it out, because I need them for my accounts. @Leanne_T can you help me with this?

Hi there @AJP4
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you get in touch with our Broadband Care team they will get this looked into for you and help you set up paper bills if needed 🙂
Leanne.

I'm having the same problem. An offer to set up paper bills is not the answer EE. Being able to read bills on an IPad is very basic technology. Why not just fix it!

@TUC111 The fact that a PDF is not working on iOS is not a simple fix especially when PDFs do work on iOS, it’s not a simple fix as you seem to think it is. And seeing as it’s only BB that’s not working as mobile billing does.
Have you tried using desktop mode ?
