I received my new Huawei p30 on the 5th June 2020, only went with this brand of phone for the watch, come to claim it with Huawei and its asking for an invoice, I don't remember seeing one and if I did get one I can't find it. I can get hold of anyone due to this covid 19 thing which means there's no one to handle my call or help me with this situation. I just need a copy of invoice before I run out of time to claim please can someone accuse.

@Sarah152410 Customer services will take you call you just need to be patient when calling and not hang up as soon as you hear the recorded message about Covid-19.

I spoke to customer services the other day, they were not helpful and they said they couldn't provide me with an invoice. If that's the case, I don't want the phone, I usually use Samsung and only went to Huawei for the watch
