How do I get my sim card number so I can type it it into esim on my Google pixel 5 as I don't want to use the SIM card I'd prefer to download it

Text NUMBER to 160 from it. But shouldn't your eSIM already have the same no as your SIM  as it's derived from it.

To do this, you can text NUMBER to 150.
