I have just received my new phone on upgrade but there is no SIM. The old phone SIM is a Micro whereas the new phone needs a Nano, how do I get a SIM with the same old number

Can you not push out a nano-sized SIM from the old micro SIM? Otherwise Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.

Hi @Fullenglish.

The SIM should be in a separate envelope.

If it's not, you can order on online, or speak with our Customer Care team.
