Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi Chris. I've looked and looked for this option, but simply can't find how to order a smaller sim for a newer phone. Can you help me please, possibly even post a link for me. Thanks, PM

Oooooh! It was a link already, thanks Chris, I'm trying it now. Cheers!

Many thanks Chris, all sorted! What was extremely frustrating was that EE wanted a "Confirm Order" box pressing but without me knowing what kind of SIM Card they were going to send out to me. Only AFTER "Confirming" the order did it state I would be sent a "MULTI SIM" that would indeed fit any phone make or model.

It would've saved me over an hour of my time & more importantly the Advisors time when I eventually got through to EE.

PUT THAT INSTRUCTION/DESCRIPTION ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CONFIRMATION BUTTON EE!!! It's that simple.................

Cheers Chris, bless ya.
