How can I tell if my phone is unlocked?

Hi guys

 

I have asked for my phone to be unlocked and it has been put through, how will I know when my phone is unlocked?

 

I am upgrading and selling my old phone.

By using a non-EE SIM in it to which you will be giving the unlock code you get from EE.

EE will not Unlock it for you, you have to do this yourself.

 

As @XRaySpeX says EE will provide you with an Unlock Code then just follow the Instructions, you will need another Network SIM (not EE) in order to complete the process.
